Our clients initial brief was for our team to provide electrical service for the new build project they were undertaking
Smart home technology was high on the agenda to be in keeping with the new homes modern feel and look.
The LR Blakers team undertook a full analysis of our clients requirements around the entire plans of the home which also included the Pool House and outside perimeters of the property

The Challenge
This was Sandals first retail shop in the world, so they wanted a solution steeped in innovation and with ‘wow’ factor for visitors to the London, Fulham Road store. They had no I.T. in the building at the time, so the solution required incorporating all four of our core specialities, working in unity together: Telephony, internet connections, video conferencing, data cabling, room booking systems.

The Solution
Sandals needed a modern telephony solution for their basement call centre, and they requested Avaya to link up with their other core offices in Jamaica, America and India, who also use Avaya. This project also required instalment of two IT comms racks and upstairs, within the show space, an AV solution which would engage and aid communication of visitors and staff at their office which included video walls, video conferencing and digital signage. We also supply Sandals with the reassurance and ongoing support of a 24/7 maintenance contract.
